Although she was raised in a small town, she now divides her time between Amsterdam and Paris. When she was still in high school, a lot of modeling agencies scouted her, which she initially declined. But after completing high school, she decided to take a chance in the modelling industry and travelled to several European cities including Barcelona, Milan and London. After three-year in Europe, Marije spent a year modelling in New York, an experience she describes as one of the most amazing she has ever had. She was fascinated with the city’s people, lifestyle, and work culture, and it was there that she met her husband. The couple moved to Amsterdam, where they opened a matcha café (because who doesn’t love matcha?). Because of this experience, she was driven to explore her creative social media skills, which was made into a success story of her own. Marije’s success as a content creator is truly impressive. We can’t wait to see what’s next for her!
